We set up our first wholly-owned factory in China in 2000. Our factory in LongGang, Shenzhen, not only manufactures our bags, but it also has an amazing sourcing team which every day looks for innovative and sustainable materials that can be used for our products. The sample room in our Shenzhen factory stands apart from the rest with its ground-breaking concepts and their approach to building efficient manufacturability into all the designs. This factory has an impressive employee-retention record, at about 10 years on average (four to five times as long as the average factory worker in this area), contributing to our superior quality.
